Job Description

FinQuery is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A focused on Revenue and Go-To-Market to help drive revenue forecasting, GTM data stewardship, and top-line growth for a SaaS organization. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this onsite role in Atlanta, GA collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate data into actionable insights and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue analysis, forecasting, and revenue waterfall builds including bookings, ARR, churn, retention, and expansion revenue
  • Serve as the finance subject matter expert on GTM systems including HubSpot, pipeline data tracking, renewal revenue tracking, and deal mechanics
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership on pipeline contribution modeling
  • Manage quota planning
  • Track and own key top-line SaaS metrics such as Net and Gross Revenue Retention, Bookings Growth, Pipeline Coverage, for executive and board reporting
  • Develop and maintain financial models, templates, reports, and dynamic executive dashboards
  • Perform periodic customer cohort analyses to identify growth trends, expansion drivers, and churn risks
  • Prepare top-line presentation materials and performance reports for leadership meetings
  • Ensure offline reporting reconciles with existing system-based management reporting
  • Support ad hoc revenue analysis and strategic growth initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking or financial analysis, preferably in a SaaS or Cloud software company
  • High fluency with HubSpot or equivalent CRMs, FP&A data systems (Adaptive, Anaplan, Planful, etc.), and BI tools like PowerBI
  • Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics, top-line revenue metrics, and recurring revenue business models
  • Exceptional MS Excel and financial modeling skills with experience handling large tables and datasets, array formulas, and pivot tables; familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition guidelines and SaaS contract structures
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical, research, and data mining capabilities
  • Proactive and self-motivated work ethic with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Strong communication skills and an upbeat personality to partner across all management levels
