Job Description
Fort Worth, TX onsite program finance role focused on day-to-day ADP program finance activities, including PMBs, EAC, EVM, variance and cost analyses, and leadership-ready reporting.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage Performance Measurement Baselines (PMBs) to align program execution with financial objectives.
- Develop and maintain Estimate at Complete (EAC) forecasts by analyzing program performance, actual costs, and future projections.
- Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including variance analysis and cost performance assessments, selecting appropriate earned value techniques.
- Prepare financial reports, contractual deliverables, and leadership presentations that convey program status, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Program Management, Control Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to analyze cost performance, support decision-making, and drive financial process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college, or 4 years of experience in the absence of a bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of experience in program finance, financial analysis, or related disciplines.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and their application.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- DoD Secret clearance.
