Job Description
Delivery of integrated treasury solutions to Non-Bank Financial Institution clients and prospects globally, with a focus on growing treasury revenue, expanding product penetration, and leading client-facing treasury engagements including digital payments adoption.
Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated treasury solutions to Non-Bank Financial Institution clients and prospects within the Global Commercial Bank coverage.
- Actively manage and pursue treasury revenue streams while expanding product penetration across the assigned portfolio.
- Partner with client-facing teammates to advise on sales opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to deliver optimal solutions aligned with client and prospect requirements.
- Serve as a digital ambassador to drive mobile, digital and real-time payments adoption; lead strategic dialogues on client-centric issues using benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solution positioning.
- Own revenue and product growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, RFP or RFI responses, call preparations, and client-facing treasury presentations.
- Identify and evaluate treasury solutions based on client focused cost-benefit analyses and bank profitability analyses.
- Maintain a strong client focus while understanding the operational aspects of the bank.
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of treasury products and services to support client success.
- Lead pricing and negotiation discussions with clients to optimize profitability and year-over-year growth.
- Coach Treasury Analysts and coordinate with Servicing and Implementation teams to deliver client solutions.
- Develop new client relationships and deepen existing ones by proactively identifying client needs.
- Ensure revenue and balance sheet growth, profitability improvement, client planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and compelling proposals and presentations.
- Partner with bankers and product specialists across the enterprise to craft customized treasury solutions using client-focused cost-benefit and bank profitability analyses.
- Balance client, team, and bank needs while effectively managing risk and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of treasury sales experience.
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent of the time, including extended travel and overnight stays.
- Proven track record in treasury management sales with broad familiarity of global treasury management products, services, and trends.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills with complex clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven negotiation and active listening skills with a strong executive presence.
- Adept at critical and strategic thinking and effective problem resolution.
- Solid business and financial acumen.
- Ability to navigate the enterprise, engage partners, and escalate as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team.
- Capable of managing competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Effective as both an individual contributor and a collaborative team member in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in risk management while balancing the needs of the client, the team, and the bank.
