Used Truck Finance Manager

Truck Country, based in Hampshire, IL, is seeking a detail-oriented Used Truck Finance Manager to oversee financing for pre-owned truck transactions. The role focuses on processing credit applications, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring timely funding, while helping customers secure favorable financing options.

Responsibilities

• Submit credit applications to lenders and monitor the status of each submission
• Present financing options to customers and the sales team
• Assemble, organize, and finalize all finance documentation
• Track deal progress to ensure timely funding
• Maintain accurate, paperless customer finance files
• Assist with titles, payoff statements, and warranty documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance, lending, or related administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple deals and meet deadlines
• Comfort working with lenders and handling financial documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
