Vice President of Finance

Crane Credit Union is seeking a senior finance leader to steer strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, liquidity management, and risk oversight from our onsite Odon, Indiana campus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement forward-looking financial strategies that align with our mission and growth goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring decisions are driven by data and insights.
• Manage the financial health of the credit union, including liquidity, investments, and risk management.

Requirements

• Experience & Expertise: A proven leader with 8 to 10 years in similar or related roles.
• Strategic Vision: Strong financial acumen and a track record of developing and implementing effective financial strategies.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with credit union operations and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
• Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA is highly desirable.
