Job Description

Van Horn Kia of Sheboygan is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to lead financing operations and guide the customer journey from vehicle selection to purchase. The role centers on arranging financing, presenting extended warranties and aftermarket products, and overseeing dealership activities to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The position is onsite in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

  • Safeguard dealer assets.
  • Conduct only transparent transactions in line with the Van Horn Ethics Policy.
  • Oversee all financing operations.
  • Ensure contracts in transit are funded within seven days.
  • Foster customer retention.
  • Submit completed deals to the business office within 24 hours of R/S.
  • Maintain healthy gross profit margins on all products sold.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders.
  • Adhere to Van Horn compliance policies, procedures, and acceptable error rates.
  • Deliver a transparent and efficient delivery experience and present options for insurance, protection plans, and other aftermarket products.
  • Maintain a positive attitude.
  • Inform and train the sales staff on the benefits of financing and aftermarket sales techniques.
  • Keep sales personnel informed on deal status.
  • Provide support and mentoring to the sales staff to build enthusiasm.
  • Assist in training new sales employees.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Will obtain Wisconsin Sales License upon hire.
