Automotive Finance Manager / Sales Manager
Job Description
Lead the dealership’s finance and sales operations in Wichita, KS onsite.
Responsibilities
- Support customers through the vehicle purchase process by recommending financing options aligned with their needs and budgets.
- Review credit reports, complete credit analysis, and determine loan eligibility while complying with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) requirements.
- Prepare and review loan documentation, contracts, and title processing to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
- Drive value-added sales by upselling additional products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and service plans.
- Coordinate with lenders to secure competitive financing terms while protecting dealership profitability.
- Manage customer relationships after the sale to encourage repeat business and referrals through exceptional service.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team on best practices in auto sales, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
Requirements
- Proven background in dealership sales or automotive finance management, with a strong grasp of automobile sales processes.
- Expertise in financial services including loan officer experience, credit analysis, loan processing, and contract negotiation.
- Working proficiency with financial software systems used for credit application processing and title management.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity.
- Customer service strength with transparent communication and a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Basic math skills and 10-key typing proficiency for accurate entry and calculations.
- Knowledge of TILA regulations, title processing procedures, and legal contract requirements for auto financing.

Pay
- $61,000.67 - $100,000.00 per year
