Business Development Associate, Financial Services - Corporate Access

Hybrid role in New York, NY focusing on identifying and onboarding publicly listed companies into the Corporate Access Program, with a salary range of USD 70,000 - 80,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess publicly traded companies likely to benefit from Corporate Access Services
• Develop and maintain targeted prospect lists across sectors, markets, geographies, exchanges, and investor-relations objectives
• Engage with C-suite executives, investor relations teams, and corporate development professionals through outreach and meetings
• Create tailored outreach emails, pitch notes, call materials, and follow-up communications
• Coordinate introductory calls and assist senior team members throughout the business development process, supporting onboarding of new corporate clients
• Maintain accurate CRM records, keep pipeline updates current, capture prospect notes, and track outreach activity

Requirements

• Experience in financial services, investor relations, capital markets, business development, account management, or client relations is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional presence and ease engaging with senior executives and investor relations professionals
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
• Attention to detail, consistency, follow-through, and quality control
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Interest in public markets, corporate finance, investor relations, and corporate access
• Proficiency with Gmail, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), HubSpot, AI tools, and other web-based research applications
