Responsibilities

• Oversee the full automotive financing workflow from contract creation through funding closure
• Present and upsell finance, warranty, and protection products using a structured menu-selling approach
• Foster strong relationships with customers, lending partners, and dealership colleagues
• Obtain approvals and funds from a diverse range of finance sources
• Verify accuracy and regulatory compliance for contracts, titles, taxes, and lender documentation
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction
• Monitor lender portfolio performance and ensure ongoing compliance standards
• Deliver a transparent, high-quality customer experience from start to finish
