Chief Financial Officer

BLEACHTECH LLC is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function supporting operations across the Seville, Ohio and Petersburg, VA locations. This role reports to the CFO of ANSA McAL Chemicals Limited and focuses on shaping financial strategy, strengthening compliance, managing financial risk, and enabling sustainable business growth.

The position is based in Petersburg, VA and is onsite. The compensation range is USD 195,000 to 225,000 per year, with a requirement of 10+ years of experience and a Master’s degree (required).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned to business growth, profitability, and performance outcomes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and ongoing performance analysis.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and applicable Group policies.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury activities, and financial risk.
• Oversee tax compliance, audits, statutory reporting, and other regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial direction for capital investments, business transformations, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and compliance standards across the function.
• Drive process improvements and use technology to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary liaison with Group Finance, auditors, regulatory agencies, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

• ACCA, CPA, or CIMA qualification required.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant experience required.
