Director of Finance

In Gainesville, Florida, O and P Digital Technologies is advancing its finance leadership to guide the next stage of growth for a SaaS-focused organization. The Director of Finance will partner with the Chief Customer Officer to shape strategic financial direction, optimize capital and performance, and build scalable financial operations, with most work performed onsite and some remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to executive leadership and contribute to company-wide strategy
• Lead long-range financial planning, scenario modeling, and capital strategy
• Oversee all financial functions including accounting, treasury, FP&A, and reporting
• Ensure accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization
• Develop SaaS financial models including ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and retention
• Partner with leadership on pricing strategy and profitability
• Build and lead a high-performing finance and operations team
• Implement scalable financial systems, processes, and internal controls
• Manage external relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and financial partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA and/or CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial modeling
• Proven ability to build scalable financial processes
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills
• Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Power BI
