Director of Finance/CFO

St James Health and Wellness Inc seeks a Director of Finance to lead the health center’s financial operations on site in Mc Clellanville, SC. The role oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning, and the related reporting, analysis, and decision-support processes required to maintain fiscal integrity and regulatory compliance. The position carries a salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree or higher with at least three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of coordination for all financial operations at the health center.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and daily management of all accounting processes.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and daily management of all financial reporting processes.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and daily management of all budgeting processes.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and daily management of all financial planning processes.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and daily management of all processes related to business and operational reporting and analysis.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and daily management of performance measures.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and daily management of decision-support processes.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or business management.
• Experience with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Experience in non-profit fund accounting.
• Experience in grants management.
