Job Description
LeasePoint Funding Group is seeking a hands-on Equipment Finance Sales Manager to lead, develop, and elevate the AE team on-site in Austin. This role focuses on building a stronger enablement engine through coaching, training, and practical deal feedback, while partnering closely with senior leadership to turn sales strategy into consistent execution. - Build and run a sales enablement program, including onboarding for new AEs, ongoing skills training, call coaching, and deal review cadence
- Create practical tools the team can use to sell consistently, including playbooks, talk tracks, and objection-handling frameworks
- Hold the team accountable to activity standards, pipeline hygiene, and conversion metrics, while helping reps improve each area
- Spot skill gaps across individuals and the broader team, then build targeted development plans to close them
- Review pipeline and forecast with each AE to sharpen deal strategy and help move stuck deals forward
- Run high-quality team meetings that are focused, prepared, and tied to what needs improvement
- Partner with credit, funding, and servicing to ensure deals flow cleanly through the business
- Identify recurring win/loss patterns and feed those insights back into strategy and training
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and ramp plans for new AEs as the team grows
What you bring
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meaningful, measurable results
- 2 to 4+ years in direct coaching, team lead, or sales management experience, with demonstrated success developing other sellers

- Strong command of the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, deal strategy, objection handling, and close
- Demonstrated ability to build and run sales enablement, training, or coaching programs
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to give feedback that changes behavior
- Strong organizational habits to keep coaching and review cadences consistent
- Comfort working on-site, in person, with the team every day
- CRM proficiency with HubSpot experience a plus, plus Microsoft Office
