F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager

Harper Jeep Ram Chrysler Dodge Fiat, onsite in Alcoa, TN, is seeking a F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager with a deep understanding of dealership finance and insurance procedures. The role focuses on helping customers secure financing and presenting add-on products to enhance their ownership experience, with special finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers in arranging financing for their purchases.
• Present additional product offerings to enhance the vehicle and ownership experience.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability.
• Maintain proficiency and required certifications for the position.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, evaluate credit decisions, and close transactions effectively.
• Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver completed deals.
• Audit post-sale deals for accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Requirements

• Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Familiarity with title laws and the registration process.
• Professional appearance and strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation.
