Finance & Accounting Manager

Pat’s Heavy Equipment LLC is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to run the dealership’s day-to-day financial operations onsite in Greenland, MI.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Oversee general accounting tasks and coordinate month-end processes
• Monitor cash flow, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and applicable industry standards
• Maintain professional discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting (Accounting: 3 years required)
• Strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Dealership, construction, or heavy-equipment industry experience is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism
• High level of integrity and discretion with sensitive information
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office

• Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
