Finance and Accounting Manager

The Society of the Holy Child Jesu invites applications for a full-time Finance and Accounting Manager to support accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and day-to-day financial operations. Responsibilities

• Maintaining the general ledger
• Processing accounts payable and reimbursements
• Reconciling bank and investment accounts
• Supporting month-end close processes
• Assisting with audit preparation
• Monitoring departmental budgets
• Conducting financial analyses
• Supporting forecasting and long-term financial planning activities
• Tracking restricted funds and donor-designated contributions
• Maintaining accounting systems and financial software
• Coordinating with external vendors and service providers
• Supporting the financial needs of the Sisters and Province operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience (minimum 3 years)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and accounting software systems
• Experience with nonprofit or fund accounting, MIP Fund Accounting, and accounts payable systems (preferred)
