Finance & Insurance Manager

This onsite role at Bretz RV & Marine in Missoula, Montana focuses on selling finance and insurance programs to both new and used RV and boat customers, generating finance income, and coordinating with banks and lenders to support sales.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with banks to contract new business financing.
• Sell and close finance and insurance deals with customers.
• Generate finance income on all sold customers.
• Verify and process paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions.
• Complete closing by contracting or collecting all funds.
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
• Assist in obtaining lender approvals as needed.
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
• Promote extended warranty sales as part of aftermarket offerings.
• Collaborate closely with the sales department to support transactions.
• Handle cancellations for extended warranties and credit life when applicable.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalency is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Compensation

Annual compensation ranges from $150,000 to $275,000, depending on sales performance.
