Finance Manager

Independent DC area dealership seeks an experienced Finance Manager to structure deals, obtain approvals, and manage funding flow onsite in Capitol Heights, MD.

Responsibilities

• Structure and submit deals to multiple lenders to secure timely financing for each sale
• Process approvals, stipulations, and funding from start to finish, keeping deals moving
• Maximize backend profitability while staying compliant with financing policies and regulations
• Communicate proactively with the sales team and lenders to advance deals and resolve blockers
• Ensure every deal is clean, fundable, and documented for audit readiness

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in an independent dealership
• Strong understanding of subprime and near-prime lending practices and risk considerations
• Experience with Dealertrack and Frazer preferred
• Ability to handle high volume deal flow and evaluate complex or challenging cases
• Sharp attention to detail and a sense of urgency to close deals promptly
