Responsibilities

• Explain financing and insurance options to customers, including aftermarket products and extended warranties, along with service procedures and policies.
• Assist customers in securing financing through lenders in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Prepare all required state and federal purchase documents promptly and accurately.
• Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to access competitive rates and financing programs.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to route all new sales to the F&I department and share information on finance and lease programs, highlighting the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service offerings.
• Maintain 100 percent compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Greet clients and facilitate a smooth transition from Sales to Finance.
• Assess clients financing needs through professional interviews and guide them to informed decisions.
• Process finance transactions, including lender approvals and timely funding.
• Ensure administrative tasks are completed timely and in line with company policy.
• Strive for customer satisfaction on every transaction and address issues promptly.
• Provide an exceptional client experience and help achieve the Sales and Finance targets.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and demonstrate behaviors aligned with the company values in all interactions.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of finance manager experience, with automotive experience preferred
• Prior sales experience is welcome but not required
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targeted goals
• Experience with Advent and ADP is preferred
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills for professional interactions with customers, vendors, and staff
• Strong organizational ability, multitasking, and effective time management in a fast-paced setting
• Strong mathematical skills
• Solid computer and internet proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer satisfaction skills
• Experience with Lexus a plus
• Bilingual abilities a plus
