Finance Manager

Auto Boutique Ohio, a Columbus area dealership, seeks a Finance Manager to oversee the finance and insurance operations, maintain lender partnerships, and manage the title and funding workflow to consistently meet monthly targets. This onsite role emphasizes compliance, customer service, and efficient finance office processes within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell Finance and Insurance products to customers.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with lenders.
• Prepare and submit accurate paperwork for title work and funding to ensure timely funding.
• Meet and exceed monthly objectives.
• Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations applicable to Finance and Insurance.
• Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes.
• Follow Approved Product and Product Pricing Guidelines.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

• A proven track record with a PVR of $2,000+.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of commitment to customer service.
• Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and multitask.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, career-oriented presence in a team environment.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of dealership F&I experience.

Experience

• Dealership F&I management: 3 years (Required)
• Automotive Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
• Automotive Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Finance experience: 3 years (Preferred)
