Finance Manager

Victory Hyundai is actively seeking a Finance Manager to join our Kansas City area team onsite. This role oversees finance and insurance activities, lender relationships, and funding processes, while partnering with the sales team to optimize deals and enhance the customer experience. Role overview

This is an in-person, onsite role based in Kansas City, KS. The Finance Manager will lead finance and insurance operations, manage lender partnerships, and oversee funding processes. You will support the sales team to structure deals that maximize customer value and F&I performance, while ensuring a smooth contract flow and timely funding. Candidates should bring at least 1 year of related experience and a detail-oriented approach to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Selects appropriate lenders, secures approvals, obtains customer commitments, and finalizes vehicle delivery
• Manages contract placements with the goal of maximizing F&I PVR
• Assists the sales desk in structuring each deal
• Adheres consistently to all F&I office processes and contract workflows
• Oversees contracts in transit and coordinates funding through regular communication with the business office
• Monitors F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetration metrics
• Participates weekly in sales meetings to address F&I training and issues
• Supports the General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff
