Finance Manager

Finance Manager position at Jeff Wyler Fairfield Inc in Fairfield, OH, onsite, focused on guiding customers through financing and protection products while supporting profitability and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on customized financing and lease solutions aligned with their goals.
• Recommend and explain protection offerings such as service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, tire and wheel protection, and other ancillary products.
• Arrange financing through a network of banks, credit unions, and lending partners.
• Foster strong lender relationships to secure timely, competitive approvals.
• Complete contracts, documents, and disclosures accurately in line with applicable laws and dealership policies.
• Stay compliant with relevant laws including Truth in Lending, Red Flags Rule, OFAC, Safeguards Rule, and dealership policies.
• Provide a superior customer experience from purchase through delivery.
• Meet monthly targets for product penetration, finance reserve, and profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
• Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
• Keep precise funding schedules and promptly address any contract issues.
• Stay up to date with manufacturer programs, lender guidelines, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Support a collaborative, team-focused dealership culture.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in product penetration and finance performance.
• Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and dealership compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional presentation and a customer-service oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive finance or a related role.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
