Finance Manager - Automotive

Performance Automotive Network is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financing, insurance, and automotive finance programs for both new and used car buyers. This role supports high-volume operations, ensuring compliant processes and timely funding while delivering a seamless customer experience at our West Chester, Ohio dealership.

Responsibilities

• Present financing, insurance, and other product options to customers with a complete menu at the point of sale.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations while collaborating with Sales Managers to maximize profit per vehicle delivered.
• Maintain F&I compliance with federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
• Process all finance and title paperwork with customers.
• Utilize eContracts with all available lenders on every deal.
• Obtain lender approvals on the same day the customer signs the vehicle contract.
• Ensure funding for every deal within 3-5 business days from sale, working with lenders, processors, and customers.
• Submit each file to the corporate office within 3 business days.
• Correct finance or title paperwork as needed promptly.
• Provide desk support as needed and collaborate with the management team.
• Process all payments and prepare daily finance deposits at the start of each day.
• Address customer questions or concerns as they arise.
• Review chargebacks to ensure accuracy.
• Provide training to sales staff on new programs, products, and procedures as needed.
• Maintain necessary finance forms and materials.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to address customer inquiries regarding warranty and service contracts.

Requirements

• Two years minimum automotive experience required.
• Strong communication skills for assisting customers and collaborating with staff, vendors, and lenders.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with good time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable for operating customer and company vehicles.

Earning Potential

• Salary: USD 120,000 to 200,000+ per year.
• Eligible for quarterly cash bonus earnings.

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week.
• Alternating Sundays.
