Job Description
The Long-Range Planning Finance Manager at T-Mobile USA, Inc. leads the creation and upkeep of enterprise-wide financial models, delivers actionable insights, and crafts executive-level materials to inform the company’s long-term planning efforts.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the enterprise-wide financial model that underpins the Long-Range Plan and both short- and long-term forecasts, spanning from the current year through a five-year horizon.
- Lead in-depth financial analyses to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities affecting overall performance.
- Collaborate across FP&A, Corporate Strategy, Accounting, Deutsche Telekom, and other stakeholders to align forecasts and assess performance against plan.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for Senior Leadership and Deutsche Telekom.
- Evaluate complex business scenarios and initiatives, such as broadband growth, acquisitions, and new opportunities, translating them into financial implications.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and enhanced reporting, to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on major enterprise initiatives and their financial impact.
Requirements
- Strong financial acumen with deep knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow under US GAAP and IFRS.
- 7+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting with demonstrated forecasting, budgeting, or long-range planning expertise.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, including identifying root causes of data issues and implementing solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams and functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Wireless or telecommunications industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
