Role Overview

Based in Allison Park, PA (onsite), the Financial Controller will oversee financial management and contribute to Enterprise Bank's strategic growth. The role leads financial planning, analysis, budgeting, profitability measurement, and decision-support activities to inform leadership decisions. Salary ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of financial leadership, accounting, or related experience are required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Coordinate monthly financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting work papers.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends impacting financial performance.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives through financial analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers on analysis of borrower financial statements.
  • Supervise accounting staff.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives that support growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of financial leadership, accounting, or related experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence business decisions.
