Financial Fiduciary Manager

Decades, LLC is hiring a Financial Fiduciary Manager in Albuquerque, NM (onsite) to help oversee individuals’ financial affairs with care and clarity. In this full-time role, you’ll manage key financial responsibilities while partnering with clinical teams and the people and professionals involved in each case. The position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year and a Monday to Friday schedule, along with a benefits package designed to support your health and long-term planning.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business and build relationships in the community; within the short term, take over management of the financial department
• Approve the payment of bills
• Coordinate and interact with investment professionals, realtors, attorneys, tax advisors, and estate liquidators
• Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to support decision-making
• Communicate with clients, family members, service providers, and other professionals

Requirements

• Communication and teamwork are essential
• Helpful background in investments, banking, insurance, accounting, law, or real estate
• Adaptable, organized, and reliable
• Strong interest in finances and customer relations
• Detail-oriented with comfort working with numbers
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work with cognitively impaired adults, their families, the courts, and multiple professionals
• Driver’s License (Required)
• Relocate to Albuquerque, NM before starting work (Required)
