Job Description

Senior financial management role supporting program finance, cost estimation, budget tracking, and performance reporting across multiple Lockheed Martin Santa Barbara Focalplane contracts in Goleta, CA (hybrid).

Responsibilities

  • Develop estimates at program level and monitor contract performance against budget and schedule.
  • Track performance metrics, report variances, and design recovery plans as needed.
  • Prepare quarterly CSRs and present financial positions to MFC leadership.
  • Support functional finance activities and contribute to proposal development.
  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams to reduce product cost and improve contract performance.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and application of Earned Value Management techniques.
  • Analytical proficiency and computer skills (Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Self-starter and motivated individual.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Prior analytical and/or financial experience.

Compensation

Salary range: USD 84,900 - 147,085 per year.
