Financial Service Representative

Accentra Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative onsite in Kasson, MN. This full-time role combines member-focused service with opportunities to grow your skills, supported by a strong benefits package and long-term development through tuition reimbursement.

What you’ll do

You’ll deliver personalized, professional service to new and existing members while identifying and offering the credit union products and services that align with their current needs and future goals. You’ll also contribute to a welcoming member experience by maintaining a positive, friendly presence with members and co-workers.

• Provide excellent customer service and actively build, retain, deepen, and manage member relationships.
• Answer general information requests daily and meet member expectations through timely support.
• Process membership enrollment and service requests for existing member accounts daily.
• Follow up on missing items and coordinate loan documents with strong organization and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to enhance members’ financial lives by recognizing and referring additional credit union products.
• Excel at multitasking while maintaining collaboration and respectful communication across departments.
• Take on miscellaneous duties as assigned and reinforce positive working relationships aligned with the company’s core values, vision, and mission statements.

What you bring

• Education: Associate degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Cash handling experience: 2 years Banking or 1 year Credit union.
• Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail, plus the ability to plan, prioritize, and work efficiently.
• Friendly, professional approach that supports representing the Credit Union positively.
• Competence with computer technology.
• In-depth knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Self-motivation to achieve goals and perform at an exceptional level, with openness to constructive feedback.
• Ability to handle change effectively and remain engaged as individuals and the organization evolve.
• Ongoing commitment to learning and self-improvement.

Compensation and schedule

• Job type: Full-time
• Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
