Insurance/Financial Coordinator(Dental exp is a must!)

Hoff Orthodontics seeks an Insurance/Financial Coordinator to join their onsite team in Upland, California. In this dental practice, you’ll manage patient and insurance contracts, handle claims and eligibility verification, process payments, and oversee billing and collections. A background in dental settings with strong PPO/collections knowledge is required to support the practice’s financial operations and patient service goals.

Responsibilities

• Strong PPO insurance and collections knowledge.
• Enter patient/insurance contracts
• Submit insurance claims
• Verify insurance eligibility
• FSA/HSA knowledge is required
• Post payments
• Complete end of day reports
• Collections of delinquent accounts
• Assist patients with their financial questions
• Answer multi-line phone as needed
• Provide morning meeting reports
• Execute various other financial coordinator duties as assigned

Requirements

• Dental experience required
• Strong PPO insurance and collections knowledge
• FSA/HSA knowledge required
