Loan Manager

Hawaiian Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Loan Manager to oversee day-to-day lending operations at its Honolulu location. In this full-time, in-person role, you will help ensure the Loans department operates efficiently, supports competitive lending practices, and remains aligned with applicable regulatory requirements.

The Loan Manager role is based in Honolulu, HI 96817 and offers a salary range of USD 65,000 to 80,000 per year. The position requires at least five years of lending experience and three years of proven supervisory experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Loans department.
• Ensure lending practices comply with regulatory requirements.
• Provide suggestions to help maintain competitive lending practices.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of lending experience required.
• Three years of proven supervisory experience required.

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
