  • Define and refine facility methodologies, credit facility designs, advance rate structures, and operational workflows for each facility type to support consistency and scalability.
  • Monitor warehouse and mortgage finance market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new facility structures, product enhancements, or expansion into adjacent asset classes.
  • Maintain an accurate product inventory covering facility terms, collateral eligibility criteria, pricing structures, and documentation requirements for internal stakeholders.

  • Establish and manage a CMF leadership committee to provide analysis and recommendations to the Head of CMF and other CSG leaders, including regular reporting on collateral concentration limits, eligibility exceptions, cross-collateralization protocols, and portfolio risk management measures.
  • Identify capital efficiency opportunities by evaluating funding cost dynamics and balance sheet impacts to support annual budget forecasts and strategic planning cycles.
  • Partner with treasury and capital markets teams to assess funding source diversification and liquidity risk considerations tied to each facility structure.
  • Build business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses for new product initiatives, facility enhancements, and technology investments.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy development and advance rate guidelines to balance competitive positioning with risk-adjusted return targets.
  • Collaborate with CMF functional leaders and technology teams to optimize loan delivery and servicing workflows, including underwriting automation, funding/settlement activity, collateral tracking, margin maintenance, and facility monitoring dashboards.
  • Lead process improvement and reengineering initiatives to enhance portfolio quality, operational efficiency, settlement speed, collateral management accuracy, and customer experience across facility types.
  • Serve as a business unit lead for cross-functional technology and platform initiatives, including gathering requirements, coordinating UAT, and supporting change management and adoption.
  • Champion automation and digital transformation to reduce manual processing, improve data integrity, and scale facility monitoring and reporting infrastructure.
  • Design and deploy KRI/KPI reporting infrastructure and dashboards to monitor facility performance, credit trends, funding utilization, and operational efficiency, including trigger-based escalation protocols and governance reviews aligned to enterprise risk appetite.
  • Track and communicate product performance metrics and trends by facility type, including outstanding balances, advance rate utilization, delinquency, pricing spreads, and customer concentration to senior leadership and risk committees.
  • Support internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and investor reviews related to warehouse lending practices, credit quality, and collateral compliance, including documentation and response to findings.
  • Represent CMF facility structures on relevant governance committees such as product risk committees, new product approval committees, and ALCO.
  • Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, including loan document preparation and coordination with legal and operations to support facility structuring and timely activation.
  • Partner with sales and account management to support customer retention and identify upsell opportunities such as facility upgrades, multi-facility relationships, and customized structuring solutions.
  • Act as a key point of contact across credit, risk, legal, technology, and operations to align product strategy, execution timelines, and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external counterparties including warehouse investors, custodians, valuation vendors, and participating banks as applicable to facility administration.
