Recruiting Manager (Finance & Accounting)

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager (Finance & Accounting) for an onsite role in Bloomington, MN. This position focuses on expanding a client base while recruiting, evaluating, and placing finance and accounting professionals into full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base, including identifying new business opportunities
• Introduce Robert Half services to new and existing clients through video, telephone, and in-person meetings to increase utilization
• Recruit, evaluate, and place finance and accounting professionals for full-time client positions
• Provide outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
• Maintain consistent communication and provide career guidance to candidates
• Participate in industry trade associations to strengthen presence in the local finance and accounting community

Required Qualifications

• A business related degree, ideally in finance or accounting
• CPA and/or MBA a plus
• 2+ years of experience in public/industry accounting/finance and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience required
• Proven track record of success
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency
• Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business

Compensation

The typical salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000. The salary is negotiable based on experience and location. The role is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
