- Prepare project P&Ls, conduct variance analysis, and support management reporting in partnership with Mars Global Services (MGS) and Controllership teams, including reconciliations, complex General Ledger (GL) activity, and intercompany transactions.
- Manage corporate tax reporting for the TCE entity, including state and local sales tax compliance across emerging Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels.
- Strengthen the internal control environment by identifying risks, improving governance, and balancing compliance needs with the pace of innovation and pilot launches.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related quantitative field (an advanced degree or master’s is a plus).
- 1–2 years of foundational accounting or finance experience with practical exposure to GL accounting, period close cycles, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, including debits and credits, depreciation, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L dynamics.
