Senior Finance Business Partner role at Deloitte in San Antonio, TX, focused on executive-ready financial reporting, planning, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management activities, delivering insights that support business decisions and operational efficiency.
- Partner with offshore resources and finance colleagues to produce executive-level reporting, dashboards, analysis, and leadership presentations.
- Develop financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, performance management, and ad hoc requests from leadership.
- Collaborate with Global Finance leaders and member firms on cross-functional projects, translating findings into actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
- Oversee financial controls, including reconciliations, billing, recovery, and reporting processes to maintain accuracy, compliance, and effective governance.
- Support team capability through knowledge sharing, process improvement efforts, and ongoing collaboration across the global finance network.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Experience supporting executive reporting and business decision-making in a complex, global organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Preferred: experience with SAP, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
