Sr Finance Manager FP&A Non Infusion
Job Description
Texas Oncology is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for FP&A supporting the Ancillary Services Non-Infusion product lines. In this fully remote role, you will partner with Operations and regional finance leaders to deliver P&L analytics, forecasting, KPI frameworks, and executive-ready decision support for multi-site performance across Texas.
This position focuses on turning operational and product-line dynamics into clear insights, from driver-based modeling and variance analysis to deep-dive profitability reviews and QBR materials. Up to 25% travel may be required for key meetings.
Role overview
- Serve as the product-line finance partner for Texas Oncology’s Ancillary Services Non-Infusion lines.
- Support Ancillary Service P&Ls including Surgery, Radiation/Imaging, and Advanced Therapeutics through hands-on analytics, reporting, and decision support.
- Develop KPI frameworks, prepare forecasting and long-range plan (LRP) inputs, and build Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Translate complex operational dynamics and drug-cost considerations into actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with Region Finance Leaders, Operations, and the Texas Oncology FP&A Director to maintain a consistent view of performance and outlook.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Ancillary product-line P&L analytics, including forecasting, budgeting, LRP inputs, variance analysis, and driver-based modeling.
- Build and maintain driver-based models to support forecasting and LRP inputs for the Ancillary product lines.
- Write concise narratives explaining results while highlighting risks and opportunities, with assumptions aligned to regional finance partners.
- Define and maintain KPIs and establish targets and early-warning indicators.
- Develop dashboards and decision-support tools, and operationalize KPI reviews across sites and regions.
- Escalate risks and opportunities with recommended actions and track follow-through tied to action plans.
- Prepare monthly financial packages, including physician practice engagement & performance metrics.
- Lead deep-dive analyses on therapeutic/category mix, site-level economics, payor/reimbursement trends, pricing actions, and margin optimization.
- Model business cases for new programs, pricing/contract changes, formulary decisions, and footprint expansion, including ROI and sensitivity scenarios.
- Convert complex analytics into concise, executive-ready recommendations.
- Act as the finance voice for non-infusion services while collaborating across Analytics, FP&A, Accounting, and Operations.
- Prepare and present executive and internal materials across the organization to different audiences.
- Advance a digital/AI-enabled FP&A toolkit to streamline reporting, automate recurring analyses, and improve cycle time and accuracy.
- Standardize templates, definitions, and processes to improve comparability across sites and regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field).
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
- Experience in FP&A leadership in a multi-site or complex operating environment.
- Background in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Valuations, Controllership, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated ability to support senior leaders with timely, accurate financial analysis in a fast-paced, multi-site setting.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Digital-first approach with interest in automation and AI to improve processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Long-term incentive plan (LTIP)
