Job Description
Senior Financial and Business Analyst supporting strategic decision-making across trucking and logistics operations, collaborating with operations, maintenance, accounting, and pricing to drive profitability and growth.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational and financial data to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, projections, and scenario models
- Design and refine pricing models to enable competitive and profitable rate strategies
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Assess operational performance, identify trends, and propose practical improvements
- Perform root-cause and sensitivity analyses to support data-driven decisions
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders
- Support strategic initiatives by modeling potential outcomes and business impacts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, accounting, and pricing teams
- Lead multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Experience with large data sets and translating insights into action
- Ability to clearly communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders
- Solid problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Experience with Tableau, Fabric, or Workday is a plus
- Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred

Additional Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
- Work Environment: Office-based with regular computer use
- Location: Sunnyside, WA (onsite)
- Relocation: Sunnyside, WA 98944 required prior to starting work
