- Maintain a product roadmap and backlog covering customer themes, epics, and stories, prioritized toward highest-impact work.
- Encourage open exchange of information and viewpoints while inspiring others to meet challenging goals and performance standards aligned with organizational direction.
- Foster urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to address unexpected obstacles.
- Partner with other product teams across the organization to support their goals while pursuing and completing your own.

- Strong curiosity and ability to learn complex business and Finance concepts, ask effective questions, and connect business processes to data.
- Experience translating ambiguous stakeholder needs into clear product outcomes, requirements, priorities, and iterative delivery plans.
- Ability to make and communicate difficult trade-off and prioritization decisions across competing customer needs, dependencies, business value, and capacity.
