Accounting & Finance Manager

Accounting and Finance Manager at United Facilities Group will oversee accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, partnering with executive leadership to steer strategic financial decisions and drive ongoing process improvements. This onsite role is based in Santa Clara, CA (onsite), with a salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach the Accounting and Payroll teams
• Oversee month-end close activities and produce financial reporting
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and perform analytical reviews
• Ensure tax compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll operations
• Strengthen accounting processes and internal controls
• Collaborate with HR and Operations on key company initiatives
• Support executive leadership with strategic financial planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience with prior team leadership
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and producing financial reports
• Solid understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
