Job Description
Oversee the dealership's auto financing operations, ensuring compliant loan processing and a high standard of customer service throughout the financing journey.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete auto finance workflow from loan approval to processing and contract generation, maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Cultivate and sustain partnerships with banks, credit bureaus, and finance providers to secure competitive financing options for buyers.
- Lead and coach the finance team on customer relationship management, upselling, and negotiation to maximize deal potential.
- Perform credit analysis to assess borrower eligibility and ensure responsible lending in line with TILA guidelines.
- Manage title processing, loan documentation, and contract signings to deliver a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
- Develop and deliver training on financial software and essential math skills required for accurate deal structuring and loan calculations.
- Partner with sales to identify upsell opportunities, including extended warranties and insurance products, to enhance customer value.
Requirements
- Proven track record in automotive finance management or a closely related dealership role.
- Extensive background in financial services, including loan officer responsibilities and credit analysis.
- Solid understanding of dealership operations, vehicle sales processes, and title processing workflows.
- Familiarity with TILA regulations, loan origination systems, and financial software platforms.
- Proven negotiation, contract management, and upselling skills that contribute to revenue growth.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build durable client relationships through clear communication and problem solving.
- Basic math skills, including 10-key typing proficiency for accurate deal calculations.

Pay
Annual compensation: USD 36,000 - 150,000 per year.
