Responsibilities

• Present and articulate vehicle protection options to buyers, detailing the advantages and eligibility of each package.
• Cultivate professional lender relationships to secure favorable financing options for customers.
• Electronically submit financing deals to banks via the dealership systems and workflows.
• Verify all documents for accuracy, ensuring compliance with dealership, DMV, and lender requirements.
• Monitor receivables, following up promptly and pursuing collection of outstanding payments as needed.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant transaction flow.
• Attend regular team meetings to review performance, sales outcomes, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Assist customers during peak periods to maintain a smooth buying experience.
• Manage follow-up on purchased products requiring customer action to maximize protection uptake.

Requirements

• Three or more years of dealership finance experience is required.
• Automotive sales management experience is considered a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service and effective teamwork.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet or exceed assigned targets.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with computer systems.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
