Automotive Finance Manager

Finance and Insurance Manager role at #1 Cochran Cranberry Nissan Showroom, onsite in Zelienople, PA, overseeing financing, presenting optional products, structuring deals, and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in arranging financing for their vehicle purchases and present add on products to enhance ownership experience
• Structure deals to maximize profitability while upholding ethical standards
• Maintain full proficiency with title laws and the vehicle registration process
• Keep required certifications up to date through ongoing training and development
• Desk deals accurately, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals efficiently
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepare paperwork and contracts and deliver funded deals to customers
• Facilitate expeditious funding of all financed contracts

Requirements

• Two or more years of automotive finance experience preferred
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Proven track record of product sales and finance penetration
• Strong relationships with lending institutions with references
• PA Notary license a huge plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
