Job Description
Dick Hannah Chevrolet seeks an Automotive Finance Manager to join its onsite team in Sandy, Oregon. In this role, you will guide customers through financing options, present financing and aftermarket product choices, and maintain lender relationships to secure compliant, timely funding for both new and used vehicles. This position sits at the intersection of sales and finance, ensuring smooth transactions and clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Offer financing options to customers and close financing deals.
- Explain aftermarket products and extended warranties in detail.
- Builds and maintains relationships with multiple finance sources, including the manufacturer.
- Process financing and lease transactions accurately to secure approvals.
- Conduct all business ethically and professionally.
- Manage federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations affecting the vehicle sales and finance departments.
- Prepare sales and lease paperwork promptly and efficiently.
- Verify title, lien information, taxes, and related items before forwarding to accounting.
- Maintain ongoing credit insurance education as required.
- Explain manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies to customers.
- Pursue new lending partners to secure competitive rates and finance programs.
- Collaborate with sales managers to maintain a reasonable profit on each sale.
- Ensure collection of all finance and insurance fees.
- Receive all credit applications and handle rate quotations.
- Develop and monitor guidelines to maximize customer satisfaction in financing.
- Collect documentation required by lenders, the DMV, the DOL, or the dealer for each deal.
- Ensure funding is secured and received in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Automotive financing experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical ability to operate computer hardware and software.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong sales capability.

- Competitive automotive finance salary with an expected annual income of $120,000.
- Generous paid time off: new full-time employees accrue about 96 hours in the first year (4 hours per pay period), with increases over time.
