Automotive Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer finance workflow, coordinating on-site interactions and digital retailing tools.
• Present and secure financing and extended warranty options with clarity while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to structure financing deals that balance profitability and risk.
• Obtain lender approvals and oversee title transfer documents with accuracy and timeliness.
• Sustain high customer satisfaction scores (CSI) through consistent, professional service.
• Advise on DMV regulations and finance-related compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and vendor partners.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership.
• Solid understanding of lending guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Professional, confident presentation of financing options.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.
