Responsibilities

• Foster financing approvals by coordinating with banks, credit unions, and lending partners
• Present and bundle F&I products such as service contracts, GAP, theft protection, maintenance plans, and ancillary options
• Prepare structured deals and submit funding applications through RouteOne and lender portals
• Ensure contracts, funding packages, and compliance documents are completed accurately
• Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective lenders
• Meet monthly production targets and product penetration goals
• Collaborate with sales leadership and staff to optimize deal profitability
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience
• Solid knowledge of RouteOne and lender programs
• DealerTrack DMS experience is preferred
• Proven track record in selling F&I products
• Strong closing skills and dedication to customer service
• Understanding of compliance requirements and funding procedures
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
