Automotive Finance Manager - Experienced
Job Description
Jaguar Land Rover Arrowhead is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join its onsite dealership team in Glendale, AZ. This role offers a competitive, performance-driven pay plan with strong earning potential, luxury-brand clientele, and access to established lender relationships.
In this position, you will help drive finance and insurance (F&I) performance while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach. You will also work within a professional, modern dealership environment supported by an experienced and supportive management team.
Responsibilities
- Present finance options, service contracts, protection products, and other F&I products in a professional and transparent manner
- Maximize F&I income and product penetration while maintaining an exceptional customer experience
- Structure deals and secure competitive financing through appropriate lending partners
- Maintain strong relationships and an excellent reputation with lenders
- Ensure contracts and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, compliant, and submitted for funding promptly
- Maintain CIT at acceptable levels and resolve lender stipulations or funding issues quickly
- Work closely with sales and management teams to maximize deal potential and assist with T.O.s when needed
- Maintain high standards of compliance with dealership policies and applicable state and federal regulations
- Participate in dealership, manufacturer, lender, and compliance training
Requirements
- Previous automotive dealership F&I experience is REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year of previous automotive dealership Finance Manager/F&I experience REQUIRED
- Applicants without prior automotive F&I experience will not be considered
- Proven track record of strong F&I production and product penetration
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender programs, service contracts, and protection products
- Experience working with prime and secondary lenders
- Strong understanding of compliance, CIT, contracts, lender stipulations, and funding requirements
- Excellent closing, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury dealership environment
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Work location: In person (Glendale, AZ).
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year.
