The Automotive Finance Producer role fast-tracks top performers into leadership and F&I tracks, supported by hands-on coaching and a culture that values people. The position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package, onsite in Topeka.

Requirements

• 1 year in dealership finance (Required)
• 2 years in automotive (Required)
• Demonstrated track record of consistently high performance
• Strong closers with a results-driven mindset
