Automotive Finance Producer

Santa Barbara Honda is seeking an Automotive Finance Producer in Orcutt, CA to guide customers through financing, present F&I options, and structure deals with lenders. This role works closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth, memorable vehicle delivery and a seamless customer experience from initial contact to handoff.

Location: Orcutt, CA (onsite)

Salary: USD 50,000 - 175,000 per yearly

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the financing process with transparency, integrity, and attentiveness
• Build and structure deals with lenders to tailor the best option for each client
• Recommend F&I products, including warranties, GAP coverage, and insurance, in a consultative, pressure-free manner
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and memorable vehicle delivery

Requirements

• Prior experience in automotive F&I or financial services
• CDK experience preferred, but not required
• A people-first mindset; you build relationships, not just deals
• Knowledge of credit, compliance, and deal structuring
• California DMV Salesperson License (or ability to obtain)
