Automotive Sales / Finance /Desk Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Implement and optimize effective sales and finance strategies to drive results
• Ensure a 100% customer satisfaction experience throughout the buying journey
• Structure deals in alignment with company standards and compliance requirements
• Maximize profitability on every transaction
• Support F&I operations and assist with deal structuring as needed
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve store and regional objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of Automotive Sales and Finance management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Results-driven with high energy and motivation
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership processes
• Used car buying or appraisal experience is a plus
• Manufacturers Master Sales/Management certifications are a strong plus
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
