Chief Financial Officer

voestalpine Automotive Components Cartersville Inc. is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s finance function from its Cartersville, Georgia location. This onsite role focuses on shaping financial strategy, strengthening reporting and compliance, and enabling sustainable growth through disciplined management of risk, liquidity, and performance.

Role Overview

The Chief Financial Officer will direct financial operations and advance the company’s long-term financial strategy. Key areas include oversight of corporate accounting, adherence to applicable accounting standards and reporting requirements, management of treasury and revenue performance, and support for strategic planning initiatives that may include mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals
• Oversee corporate accounting functions, including interpretation of financial statements, regulatory reporting, and compliance with GAAP and IFRS
• Lead risk analysis initiatives and implement risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets
• Manage treasury activities such as cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships
• Drive revenue management strategies through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control to improve fiscal performance
• Lead mergers and acquisitions efforts, including evaluating opportunities, conducting due diligence, and integrating new entities
• Build financial projection models to support strategic planning and business development
• Supervise financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with industry standards including ASC 606, IAS, and the COSO framework

Requirements

• Extensive experience in finance leadership roles within manufacturing or industrial sectors, with a focus on corporate finance and strategic management
• Proven expertise in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and business analysis
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations including GAAP, IFRS, and governmental accounting standards
• Demonstrated success managing large finance teams, including supervisory experience across complex organizational structures
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to develop innovative financial solutions to support business growth
• Proficiency with accounting systems and financial software designed for ERP environments
• Experience supporting fundraising for business development initiatives and managing budgets
• Excellent leadership capabilities, with a history of partnering with senior leadership to guide corporate strategy and drive results
• Strong understanding of supply chain costs, risk analysis techniques, tax accounting principles, and cost management strategies
