West Dental Care in Roanoke, TX is seeking a Dental Financial Coordinator / Treatment Plan Coordinator to guide patients through treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financial options on site.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans to patients and explain them clearly.
• Assess insurance benefits and estimate patient portions for transparency.
• Discuss available financial options and set up payment arrangements.
• Submit insurance claims and conduct timely follow-up to optimize reimbursements.
• Post insurance payments accurately to patient accounts.
• Maintain precise documentation and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

• Previous dental office experience is required.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance and benefit coordination.
• At least 5 years of claim submission and follow-up experience.
• At least 5 years of insurance payment posting experience.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.
• Dentrix experience is preferred.
